Aurelia's Journey Quilt Blocks, finished as of 03-26-13

"North and South", the first block in Sarah Maxwell and Dolores Smith's book "Path to the Civil War: Aurelia's Journey Quilt".

Block 2 is a "Bowtie" finished at 9 square inches.

Block 3 and block 42 are Ohio Stars, also finished at 9 quare inches.

"Crossways" is the name of Block 4.

The block shown below in 2 color ways is number 5. Its name is "Devil's Claw".

 Bonnie Hunter's "Scrapcrystals" closely resembles Devil's Claw.

With "Crisscross " we move to block 6.

Wandering to Block 7, we find "Wandering Lover".

 A familiar favorite, "Economy", is Block 8.

Chapter 3 begins with an "Album" block, number 9.
